Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the development and coordination of the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency system of care in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures. The Program Supervisor is also responsible for the overall management of assigned program, including but not limited to daily operations; fiscal management; staffing and supervision, and the provision of quality services for the Healthy Beginnings Entry Agency.
Position office located in WELLINGTON and the schedule is Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM with flexibility. Temporarily remote due to COVID-19.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required, MS preferred, preferably in Early Childhood or related field. With Master’s Degree, a minimum of four years of child welfare experience with emphasis on child development for children birth to five years with a minimum one year supervisory and operations experience. With Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of eight years of child welfare experience with a minimum of three years of child development for children birth to five years. Minimum one year experience working with developmental screenings, assessment tools, and processes required. Bilingual English/Creole required. Valid FL driver’s license with clean driving record is required.
