HomeSafe is a local nonprofit agency providing comprehensive programs preventing new cases of violence, protecting victims of child abuse and domestic violence, and preparing infants, children, young adults and families for safer, more productive lives.

“I am very pleased to be able to facilitate the sale which will help HomeSafe acquire two new campuses with updated living quarters for the victims of child abuse who live there,” said Layman, who is a board member of HomeSafe and has been active on behalf of the organization for more than 20 years. “Providing resources to help our most vulnerable children in Palm Beach County is extremely important, and preparing for their future needs is part of our responsibility.”

“We are so grateful to Mr. Layman and Greenberg Traurig for their guidance and support during this exciting time for the agency,” said Matt Ladika, CEO of HomeSafe. “This deal allows us to continue our work of providing much-needed services and housing for child abuse victims.”

Layman has concentrated his practice in commercial real estate transactions and land use law for more than 30 years.
